Alumni Data Request

This form is intended for Hope College Faculty and Staff or Alumni Volunteer use only. For student organizations, please contact Ellen Tanis Awad (Director of Student Life) at 616-395-7942 before submitting this form.

If you are a Hope graduate looking to connect with other alumni, we offer the Alumni Directory, Career Resource Network and a variety of other Social Networks to assist you.

Once submitted, Hope College Faculty and Staff or Alumni Volunteer requests will be sent to the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations for approval. Please allow up to one business week to receive a response.

Any lists distributed by the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations are intended for college related purposes only.  Information may not be used for solicitations or any business purpose.  The appropriate purposes include, but are not limited to: one time college correspondence, accreditation, invitations, volunteer recruitment, student recruitment, or alumni networking.  Lists are not to be used for the purpose of developing and maintaining databases separate from the main Hope College alumni database, which is maintained in the College Advancement Office.
